| The scheme
comprises a large extension to a thatched cottage. There is to be a new kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, garden room and new living area. |

| The large
extension is timber framed and designed to be in a
similar style to the existing cottage. The General Contractor MPC Ltd. went into liquidation in January. The Clients are continuing with the construction on a self build basis with our architectural and project management assistance. Project nearing completion. |
