cottage has been built on the site of a prevoius building
with the roadway elevation replicating the original
structure. The site was within the Rockingham Forest
conservation area and the Planning Authority required
that the original cottage form and an additive building
style was adopted. An integral courtyard was arranged for the entrance with a veranda and link to the rear structure. The cottage has recently been completed to the highest standards with stonework for the elevations and a pantile roof. |
